The weather wasn’t great, and this was the first time that I’ve taken my camera to an event to take pictures. I ended up scrapping a lot of pictures, but I’ve learned quite a bit about composition and taking pictures in poor lighting. Especially the parade was quite tricky, because there was a lot of movement and I hadn’t quite dialled my settings in yet.
